        Usage:
        * removing all the commented lines
        * removing all the multiple empty lines
        * removing all the spaces at the end of each line
        * removing all the multiple spaces to a single space (except line start)
        * replacing ' | ' with '|' (for table)
        * replacing multiple - with a single - (for table)
